Effective teamwork is an increasingly important element of success in most organisations. Constant change of team members is common in areas such as, health care and service organisations, or due to other facts the turnover rate of team members is high and many teams constantly meet new assignments.
We support teams by:
- creating a common acceptance of the team’s assignment
- clarifying and finding common grounds (views) about goals, roles, and mandates in the group and in the rest of the organisation that affects the team’s work
- developing trust and openness
- developing effective problem solving methods and conflict resolution tools
We work with existing teams and their current assignments.
Simultaneously as the teamwork develops, we provide the team members with tools to help them reach sustainable effectiveness of the team and also to help contribution in developing future groups.
We base our work re group dynamics and communication skills on the theoretical foundations of among others, Will Schutz, Susan Wheelan, Amy Edmondson and Patrick Lencioni.
