PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Ingrid has worked as a management and change consultant since 1987. She spent her first 12 years with Sinova AB as consultant, and later on as senior consultant, partner and director. In 1999 Ingrid left Sinova to start ILK AB.
Ingrid has designed and carried out a large number of change projects within the private as well as the public sector. In 1998 Ingrid did an extensive study re executive teams and their efficiency and has since then continuosly been engaged in a large number of assignments re the development of executive teams and also other teams. Ingrid has often worked at different levels within the same organisation.
