PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

I’m an organisational consultant. Between 1981 and 1991 I was employed as a senior consultant and manager within the Swedish Military. During 1999 and 2001 I worked as a senior consultant and partner in Sinova AB, later Right Sinova AB. I moved to England and worked as a senior consultant with Right Management Consultants in London between 2001 and 2003. Since 1991 I have run my own organisational consultant company.

My clients are within the public sector as well as in corporate business. I have more than 30 years experience in designing and helping clients implement organisational change. I have lived and worked both in the States and in England. For the last ten years I have focused my consultancy work on working with management teams. My work often involves design and application of models and processes for interpersonal relationship in the workplace.  It involves increased self-awareness and how to find your full potential as an individual and a leader.
